PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT in accordance with the Public Notice Policy and Subsection 128(4) of The Municipalities Act (2005), the Town of Wolseley will be considering the adoption of Bylaw No. 03-2024, referred to as The Sidewalk Clearing Bylaw, at the regular council meeting scheduled November 6th, 2024. Any person wishing to review this proposed bylaw can request a copy at the Town Office during regular operating hours, or view it below.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed bylaw must serve council with a written objection stating the reasons for the objection and all relevant facts not less than three days prior to consideration of Bylaw No. 03-2024.
